Feedback & Complaints
Raroa Music Centre operates best when there is a shared expectation between students, parents/whanau, teachers and management.
All staff are trained on the standards of behaviour and teaching performance that is expected at Raroa.
We ask all parents to read the information on the Raroa Music Centre website and to read notices and newsletter that are sent out from time to time.
Feedback
Everybody thrives on feedback. If you are enjoying your lessons, please tell your teacher (and copy any emails to the supervisor - supervisor@raroamusic.org.nz ). Positive feedback can make all the difference to teachers!
Concerns / Complaints
If parents are unhappy about anything that has occurred at Raroa Music Centre or have a complaint about a teacher we suggest that you contact your child’s teacher in the first instance.
If you can’t resolve the issue with the teacher, then the parents should contact the supervisor in person or by email.
The supervisor will work with the parents and the teacher to resolve the issue.
